If you have no sound while watching TV, click the navigation button to the right. Clicking it to the right will increase volume or clicking it to the left will decrease the volume within the app. The volume button at the bottom of the remote controls the volume of the TV. The navigation button on the remote controls the volume of the sound in the app while watching the program.
